LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "D-I-M" (hereinafter D-I-M), EDRPOU 39219384, address: Ukraine, 01014, city of Kyiv, Mykoly Solovtsova St., building 2, office 38 the-one.com.ua (hereinafter the Site).
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the Policy) regulates legal relations related to the protection and processing of personal data and is aimed at protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of a person and citizen, in particular the right to privacy, in connection with the processing of personal data. The Policy applies to personal data processing activities carried out wholly or partly by automated means, as well as to the processing of personal data contained in a filing system or intended to be included in a filing system by non-automated means. INFORMATION PROTECTION
D-I-M is responsible for processing the personal data received in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, other regulatory legal acts, and imposes similar obligations on any counterparties with whom it interacts in the process of providing services or in the process of processing the information received.
D-I-M adheres to the basic principles of confidential information protection with respect to any further transfer of data.
To ensure secure transmission of personal data, D-I-M may use encryption protocols. All personal data is encrypted and securely transmitted via the Internet.
The user may perform most operations on the website without providing personal information.
But in cases when the user subscribes, requests additional information, or performs certain functions (for example, booking a viewing, reserving an apartment, calculating installment terms, requesting a cost estimate, sending an offer, saving selected layouts, sending a request), D-I-M collects the following user information:

wishes regarding further relations.
In order to reduce the number of errors in our database, D-I-M may verify the authenticity of users (absence of robotic interference) and prevent improper use of the system.
D-I-M also collects generalized information about user activity on our website (for example, number and duration of visits, viewed residential complexes, apartment type, number of rooms, layout, area, apartment price, Site response speed to a request, and the like); location may also be determined. Such information may be published in a public profile on our site without personal identification.
Depending on the purposes of using the D-I-M site, some of the requested information is mandatory, while some is provided at the user's discretion. If the user refuses to provide mandatory information, this makes it impossible to perform operations related to requesting additional information about real estate and residential complexes. All other D-I-M features will remain available to the user.
The user (the personal data subject) has the right to:
1) know the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data, or give an appropriate instruction to authorized persons to obtain this information, except in cases established by law;
2) receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;
3) access their personal data;
4) receive, in accordance with applicable law, a reply as to whether their personal data is being processed, as well as the content of such personal data;
5) submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;
6) submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner or manager of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is unreliable;
7) protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, and to protection against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
8) file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner or the court;
9) use legal remedies in the event of violation of personal data protection legislation;
10) make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
11) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
12) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
13) be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
In the course of using the D-I-M site, D-I-M may collect personal information about the devices used by users and the networks to which they are connected. Such collection includes the following information: IP address; log-in information for entering a personal account; browser type and version; browser plugin types and versions; operating system and platform; advertising identifier; information about the user's visit to the site, including URL clickstream of viewed pages or requested information; errors that occurred during web page loading; duration of loading specific pages; interaction with pages or phone numbers used to call our customer service center.
Like most websites, D-I-M and the independent auxiliary operators engaged by it may, in the course of using the website, receive certain technical and routing information about the user's computer for the purpose of facilitating the use of the site and its services. For example, D-I-M may obtain information about environment variables such as browser type, operating system, and processor speed. D-I-M also uses environment variable data to track site traffic. When the user downloads and uses our mobile applications or services, D-I-M automatically receives information about the type of device used and the operating system version. D-I-M also requests information about the location of the user's mobile device via the downloaded application and/or during the use of our mobile applications or services.
Personal data is processed openly and transparently using means and in a manner consistent with the stated purposes of such processing. Processing data about an individual that is confidential information is not allowed without their consent, except in cases defined by law, and only in the interests of national security, economic welfare, and human rights. D-I-M collects, processes, and uses users' personal information in order to provide the best possible services, as well as to improve services and service tools, carry out advertising, marketing, and statistical research, meet users' needs for quality service and information, including offering proposals taking into account the convenience and location of the user, offering new current proposals and new products on the real estate market, etc.

D-I-M stores data for as long as it is needed to perform the relevant processing tasks (for example, provision of service support, advertising and marketing services), as well as to comply with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.
D-I-M stores information (documents) confirming that information was provided to the applicant throughout the entire period of personal data processing.
Personal data shall be removed from D-I-M personal data bases in the event of:
expiration of the specified data retention period;
termination of legal relations between the personal data subject and the database owner, unless otherwise provided by law;
entry into legal force of a court decision on the removal of data about an individual from the personal data database;
receipt of a request from the personal data subject to stop processing/destroy their data to the email address specified in the Policy.
D-I-M is obliged to make changes to data at the request of the personal data subject if such data is inaccurate or unreliable.
D-I-M reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. If D-I-M materially changes the Policy, this will be indicated here. Changes to the Policy may be made by publishing it in a new edition on this site.
D-I-M recommends regularly reviewing the Policy, because use of the Site after changes have been made means that the User has agreed to such changes to the Policy under the principle of tacit consent.
