This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the Policy) regulates legal relations related to the protection and processing of personal data and is aimed at protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of a person and citizen, in particular the right to privacy, in connection with the processing of personal data. But in cases when the user subscribes, requests additional information, or performs certain functions (for example, booking a viewing, reserving an apartment, calculating installment terms, requesting a cost estimate, sending an offer, saving selected layouts, sending a request), D-I-M collects the following user information:

D-I-M also collects generalized information about user activity on our website (for example, number and duration of visits, viewed residential complexes, apartment type, number of rooms, layout, area, apartment price, Site response speed to a request, and the like); location may also be determined. Such information may be published in a public profile on our site without personal identification.

In the course of using the D-I-M site, D-I-M may collect personal information about the devices used by users and the networks to which they are connected. Such collection includes the following information: IP address; log-in information for entering a personal account; browser type and version; browser plugin types and versions; operating system and platform; advertising identifier; information about the user's visit to the site, including URL clickstream of viewed pages or requested information; errors that occurred during web page loading; duration of loading specific pages; interaction with pages or phone numbers used to call our customer service center.

D-I-M stores information (documents) confirming that information was provided to the applicant throughout the entire period of personal data processing.
Personal data shall be removed from D-I-M personal data bases in the event of:
expiration of the specified data retention period;
termination of legal relations between the personal data subject and the database owner, unless otherwise provided by law;
entry into legal force of a court decision on the removal of data about an individual from the personal data database;
receipt of a request from the personal data subject to stop processing/destroy their data to the email address specified in the Policy.
D-I-M is obliged to make changes to data at the request of the personal data subject if such data is inaccurate or unreliable.
D-I-M reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. If D-I-M materially changes the Policy, this will be indicated here. Changes to the Policy may be made by publishing it in a new edition on this site.
